Vanessa began her dance journey at the age of 4, attending ballet classes. Her passion for dance spiked when she was invited to join Higher Ground Dance Ministries. It was here that Vanessa’s dance technique was refined, choreography ability empowered and she was introduced to other dance styles including Latin, Ballroom, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip-Hop. The team performed in church productions, culture nights and community performances. Since graduating in 2013, Vanessa has used her skills and passion for dance to empower and inspire the younger generations.
